Job Summary:

· Perform store operational activities, setting displays, stocking products, cashiering, and answering telephone.
· Have the ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
· Be customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and management.
· Have a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and ability to adapt to change.
· Self-motivated and have a willingness to learn.
· Have a positive attitude, be reliable and punctual.
· Possess excellent customer service skills
Experience:
Previous retail experience in gift, clothing and jewelry environment a plus
High School diploma
Physical requirements:
Ability to continuously stand/walk, frequently push/pull, reach above shoulders, kneel and climb ladder, must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Job type:
Part time/full time, salary to commensurate with experience
days/nights/weekends as needed
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
