Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
- Maintain floor care by applying appropriate cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, polishing, and buffing to preserve flooring quality
- Support sanitation protocols by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ cleaning requests promptly and professionally
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in optimal condition
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with laundry procedures and handling various cleaning supplies safely
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable; hotel experience is a plus
