- Recruiting - Engage, assess, and employ candidates
- Hiring - onboard, coach, and manage associates
- Build relationships with clients to gain a clear understanding of their current and future hiring needs

- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong computer (MS Office) and organizational skills with great attention to detail
