Mike & Pattys – BRAND AMBASSADOR
Pay Rate: $17 - $20 /hr depending on experience. Additional earnings in tips are typically $4 - $10 /hr

We're an award winning and beloved local brand dedicated to crafting exceptional breakfast experiences with premium sandwiches and single origin coffee. We have our very own bakery that uses local grain to make the best English muffins, sourdough bread and pastries to supply our growing restaurant group.
YOUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide millions of smiles with every guest through genuine connections and exceptional food and guest service. You are responsible for creating a welcoming, energetic, and memorable guest experience while ensuring every order is handled with precision, care, and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Guest Experience: Implement exceptional guest service by being the lead example of someone that makes all guests feel special. Going above and beyond with connecting with the local community and fostering genuine relationships with our guests, & vendors.
- Handle guest questions and concerns with confidence and care
- Accurately take and input orders using the POS system
- Develop a strong understanding of the menu, ingredients, and preparation
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Follow all company procedures and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a high demand, fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs
- Works a schedule that is on the needs of the business
