We are seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide 1:1 pediatric care for an infant child in the home. This is a meaningful opportunity to support a medically complex child and family while building a trusted, long-term relationship in a comfortable home setting.

With 24/7 clinical support, paid hands-on training, and a laptop in every home for easy charting, you’ll feel confident and supported from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
- Support the daily care needs of an infant child
- Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
- Provide compassionate support to the child and family
- Complete simple real-time charting during your shift
What We’re Looking For
- Active Illinois RN or LPN license
- CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Compassionate, dependable nurses
- New grads encouraged to apply
No pediatric home care experience? We provide hands-on training in trachs, vents, G/J tubes, and more.
Pay & Perks
- RNs: Starting at $38+/hr
- LPNs: Starting at $32+/hr
