Evening Ninja Coach / Instructor (Part-Time, Year-Round)
Are you passionate about training the next generation of ninjas?
Unlimited Performance is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and enthusiastic instructor to join our team. The Youth Ninja Coach will be responsible for providing guidance and instruction to small groups of youth ninjas in a fun, positive, and safe environment.
We are looking to hire soon so the right candidate can begin training and getting comfortable with classes over the summer before transitioning into a regular schedule during the school year.
This is not a seasonal position — we are looking for someone interested in growing with us long-term. Additional opportunities for hours may also be available through summer camps, birthday parties, and special events.

Duties:
- Instruct ninja students based on the Unlimited Performance curriculum
- Create and demonstrate ninja challenges and obstacle courses
- Develop individualized coaching strategies when appropriate
- Monitor and assess participants’ progress
- Provide feedback, motivation, and encouragement to improve performance
- Ensure the safety of all participants during activities
- Manage group dynamics and behavior effectively
- Assist with birthday parties, camps, and group events
- Help set up and move equipment for ninja courses
Qualifications & Skills:
- Motivated, positive, and able to work well with kids
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Background in parkour, ninja, gymnastics, personal training, coaching, climbing, or related athletics is preferred but not required
- Experience working with students or athletes is a plus
- Understanding of safety considerations in an athletic environment
- Ability to move equipment and climb on equipment as needed for course setup
- CPR certification is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
