Meyer Distributing is looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to join our Jasper team.
Meyer Distributing is a complete wholesale distributor: automotive, RV/towing, outdoor living, marine, and more. With 85+ locations across the country, Meyer services dealers nationwide.
The Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for the customer service, management & growth of an assigned account. This includes growing the account through reviewing & monitoring sales, maintaining a quality customer experience by providing superior customer service, & identifying potential growth opportunities.

8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Duties for Account Managers:

Review orders & pricing for competitive opportunities

Review sales performance
-
Develop & maintain a knowledgeable understanding system utilized
-
Provide superior customer service
-
Develop a knowledgeable understanding of products & identify opportunities opt improve product data
-
Oversee & address customer service related aspects, product questions, returns, & order related issues
-
Communicate & present data to leadership
-
Other duties as assigned
Requirements for Account Managers:

Possess excellent analytical, numerical, and research skills

Must be a great problem solver

Ability to work both within the team & independently

Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills

Organized, able to multi-task with an attention to detail

Able to consistently meet deadlines
Education/Certification(s):

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Statistics, or a related field
Preferred Experience for Account Managers:

Previous experience in market analysis, statistics, customer service or sales; previous Google Analytics experience preferred
