Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Child Care Center Director to lead our premier franchised facility in Fate, Texas. You will combine early childhood expertise with corporate execution to drive local enrollment, lead a dedicated team, and maintain our franchise’s award-winning standards. This role requires an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on operational excellence and high-touch community engagement.
Core Responsibilities
Marketing & Enrollment Growth
- Drive Inbound Leads: Execute local marketing campaigns, community events, and social media outreach.
- Convert Facility Tours: Host dynamic, high-closing tours for prospective families to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Track enrollment inquiries, follow up with leads, and implement parent retention strategies.
Business & Financial Acumen
- Optimize P&L Performance: Manage the center's annual operating budget, payroll percentages and labor costs.
- Control Receivables: Oversee tuition billing, automate collections, and minimize outstanding balances.
- Analyze Center KPIs: Utilize childcare software to track capacity metrics, margins, and supply expenses.
Franchise Compliance & Quality
- Execute the proprietary franchise curriculum and brand standards with flawless consistency.
- Maintain strict adherence to all Texas HHS licensing regulations, inspections and corporate quality audits.
Staff & Operational Leadership
- Recruit, train, and motivate top-tier educators to reduce turnover and build high-performing teams.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, scheduling, and vendor management.
Family Engagement
- Serve as the brand ambassador to cultivate deep trust and lasting relationships with families.
- Deliver premium, professional communication regarding child development and daily center events.
Key Qualifications
- Valid Texas Child Care Center Director Credential (Required).
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in early childhoold education and 2+ years experience as a Center Director OR 5+ years of Center Director experience at a licensed, high-volume, franchised childcare facility.
- Proven track record of meeting enrollment quotas and managing operational budgets.
- Ability to pass all Texas HHS background checks and FBI fingerprinting.
- Completion of CPR and First Aid certification.
- Additional skills & abilities: Organization, time management, multi-tasking, strong communication, technology savvy, ability to learn new systems quickly and ability to understand reports to identify key metrics.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year depending on experience
