Requirements of this QC Manager role:
- USACE Contract Quality Control Course certification required
- Experience as QC Manager on $10M+ federal projects or within a federal QC program required
- Proven ability to inspect construction activities, evaluate materials, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects while maintaining quality benchmarks
- Strong documentation, data collection, and analytical skills to support quality decisions
- Proven construction site management experience with a focus on quality control and inspection
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with owners, contractors, and project stakeholders
