Looking for: Professional Balanced Dog Trainer
Locations: Bay Area, Sacramento, Central Valley and surrounding areas of California.
We are actively seeking experienced, motivated, and professional dog trainers to join our growing team.
We are specifically looking for trainers who are confident working with obedience and behavior modification cases and who align with a balanced training approach. This position will begin with private in-home lessons/park (you choose near you) lessons and has the opportunity to grow into a Board & Train trainer role operating out of your own home.
This is an opportunity for trainers who want to build a long term career with a structured company while maintaining flexibility and significant earning potential.
Position Growth Path:
Start by conducting private in-home lessons
Build your client base and training experience within the company
Opportunity to advance into Board & Train programs from your own home
Trainers can earn up to 70% commission on training packages based on performance, experience, and advancement within the company
Ideal Candidate:
We’re not looking for someone who simply teaches obedience commands. We’re looking for trainers who can confidently coach owners, troubleshoot real world behavioral issues, and create lasting results for both dogs and their families.
