Skills & Abilities Required
This is a hands-on printing production, warehouse, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory support role. Responsibilities include assisting with production, packing and shipping orders, receiving incoming stock, helping track inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Candidates with experience in DTG, DTF, sublimation, heat press, UV printing, screen printing, embroidery, sign shop production, or promotional products production are strongly preferred.
Required Skills & Experience
· Prior experience in production, warehouse, order fulfillment, manufacturing, or shipping preferred.
· Experience receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming stock preferred.
· Ability to help track inventory accurately and report shortages or discrepancies.
· Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production area.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with tight deadlines.
· Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to check work for quality before products are packed or shipped.
· Highly organized and able to manage multiple orders, tasks, and priorities throughout the day.
· Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
· Positive attitude with the ability to take initiative and help solve challenges.
· Comfortable using a PC, printing labels, using web-based software, and entering production or shipping information.
· Able to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
· Able to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks throughout the workday, including bending, lifting, carrying boxes, and safely climbing up and down ladders as needed.
· Able to lift 50-70 lbs.
Strongly Preferred Experience
· Hands-on experience with T-shirt printing, including DTG and/or DTF printing.
· Knowledge or experience with heat presses and sublimation printing.
· Experience with UV printing, screen printing, embroidery, sign shop production, or promotional products production.
· Experience packing and shipping both small parcel and LTL/palletized freight.
· Experience using ShipStation, UPS, FedEx, or similar shipping software.
· Experience checking finished products for print quality, accuracy, and packaging standards.
Qualifications
· Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age required by the State of Florida to work.
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
· Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
· Must be able to reliably work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
· Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, carrying boxes, climbing ladders as needed, and lifting 50-70 lbs.
· Must be willing to complete a background check, employment verification, education verification, and reference checks as a condition of hiring.
· Must be willing to complete drug screening as a condition of hiring.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
