Position will be located in Colville, WA and will support operations for two manufacturing facilities.
This position is full-time, non-exempt, $67,000 - $75,000 annually. Compensation includes medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) plan with employer matching contribution, life insurance, employee assistance program, and training opportunities. Regular shifts are Monday – Friday with overtime as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working with customers in the fields of refrigeration, HVAC, power generation, and oil and gas industries to design, select, and price heat exchangers and assembled products to meet customers’ expectations.
- Overseeing the design, engineering, and fabrication of heat exchangers as orders are processed through our factories in Colville, WA and Paxton, IL.
- Providing technical support to customers during the design and installation of heat exchangers.
- Traveling to visit job sites, customers, and trade shows approximately 6 weeks per year. Additional traveling should be expected during first year of employment due to training.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum of 4-year engineering degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform under stress
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
