Established (18+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Personal Injury Litigation in Los Angeles, CA
An established firm based in Los Angeles, CA with over 18 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team onsite. This attorney will have experience handling personal injury litigation matters including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases, fighting to secure the strongest settlements and verdicts achievable for clients.

Salary range: $100,000-$230,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
At least 1+ year of experience specializing in personal injury litigation
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations
Adaptable with meticulous attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Participate in depositions and other hearings
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in personal injury matters
