Are you a high-energy leader with a passion for world-class treats? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our unique combo location. This role isn't just about managing inventory; it’s about leading a team to deliver the "Life Needs Frosting" experience of Cinnabon alongside the "It’s What’s Inside That Counts" joy of Carvel.
As the Store Manager, you will be the heart of the operation, ensuring that every cinnamon roll is perfectly frosted and every soft-serve cone is peaked to perfection.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations for both brands, ensuring compliance with Cinnabon and Carvel franchise standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of "Cinnasweet" associates. You will foster a positive work environment and handle scheduling, performance reviews, and coaching.
- Financial Management: Drive sales growth, manage labor costs, and oversee inventory to meet P&L goals. You will be responsible for cash handling, bank deposits, and daily reporting.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a high standard of customer service. You’ll lead by example on the floor, resolving guest concerns with a smile.
- Safety & Sanitation: Ensure the store meets all health department regulations and brand safety standards. Cleanliness is our top priority.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a management role within the food service or retail industry (Quick Service Restaurant experience preferred).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time commitment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
