Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Join our Pediatrics team as a Psychometrist, where you'll work closely with a Developmental Pediatrician to support the assessment and care of neurodivergent pediatric patients. What We're Looking For:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Bachelors in Psychology, Education, Mathematics, the Social Sciences, or the Biological Sciences; Masters in Psychology, Counseling, or Educational Measurements.

Graduate Degree, preferred.

Experience: Six months of on-the-job training may be required before the technician becomes independent. As a result of this on-the-job training, substantial independent study will be required.
What You'll Do:
Job responsibilities include:

Assist the Developmental Pediatrician with patient testing, including preparing patients and facilitating assessment activities during appointments.

Complete documentation, score assessments, analyze results, and assist with drafting evaluation reports.

Prepare ABA packets and other educational or support materials for patients and families.

Assist with referrals by compiling testing results and ensuring appropriate documentation is sent to outside providers and agencies.

Create letters and supporting documentation for newly diagnosed patients while maintaining accurate patient records and follow-up materials.
