ABOUT NTAS
NTAS Maintenance & Engineering is a FAA Part 145 Certificated Repair Station delivering commercial aircraft maintenance solutions since 2010. Built by mechanics, ran by mechanics. We support major airlines including ANA, Hawaiian Airlines, Air France, Lufthansa, Spirit, Avianca, Copa, Volaris, Frontier, Aeromexico, West Jet, Cathay Pacific, and Kalitta Air.
We are expanding both our line maintenance and MRO/heavy check operations and are actively building our A&P mechanic roster for current and upcoming opportunities.
OPEN POSITIONS
POSITION 1: Line Maintenance A&P Technician
Fast paced airport line environment supporting active commercial flight operations. Perform transit, overnight, and pre-departure checks. Troubleshoot mechanical and systems discrepancies. Complete aircraft records and maintenance releases. ETOPS and AOG support as required.
POSITION 2: A-Check Mechanic
Perform scheduled A-Check work packages (400–600 flight hours) at NTAS MRO facilities. Execute inspections, lubrication, system tests, LRU R&I, and AD compliance. Document all work in the customer's task card system.
POSITION 3: C-Check Mechanic (Heavy Maintenance)
Major scheduled maintenance every 18–24 months. Zonal and structural inspections, systems overhauls, major component R&I, RII coordination, and non-routine finding disposition. Deep knowledge of AMMs, SRMs, and task card environments required.
POSITION 4: D-Check Mechanic (Heavy Maintenance)
The most comprehensive maintenance event in commercial aviation. Full aircraft teardown, structural inspection, systems overhaul, interior removal, and return to service. Requires 5+ years of heavy maintenance experience and extensive Boeing or Airbus type knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS (ALL POSITIONS)
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate - REQUIRED for all roles
- Boeing 737/757/767/747 and Airbus A319/A320/A321 experience and certifications preferred
- Ability to read and interpret AMMs, SRMs, task cards, and airline work orders
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain airport SIDA badge where applicable
- Entry-level welcome for Line Maintenance, heavy check roles require relevant experience

LOCATION
Nationwide: all US locations considered. Current stations at BUR, FAT, MIA, OAK, ONT, SAN, SFO, and SLC. Actively expanding. A, C & D - Checks performed in SBD.
