Comfort Keepers is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support our growing home care agency in Huntington Beach.
This is a dynamic office-based role that combines client intake, scheduling, customer service, care coordination, and administrative support. You'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners while helping ensure exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Do

Coordinate caregiver schedules and client services
- Manage new client inquiries and onboarding
- Support client and family communications
- Maintain accurate records in Agency Management System

Resolve scheduling challenges and fill open shifts
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, scheduling, customer service, or office administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems
- Home care, healthcare, or senior care experience a plus
