Skills required:
- RN License in the state of CA- Required
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing facility desired

Essential Duties:
- RN is responsible for providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living and assistance with routine daily nursing care needs and services in accordance with resident’s assessment and service plan.
- Treat residents with respect, dignity, and compassion, always ensuring confidentiality.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines with respect to patient, family, co-worker, vendor and visitor protected information.
- Complete all service plan tasks as scheduled and sign-off on each by end of shift.
- Provide support to CNA's as needed and medical staff
- Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required.
- In charge of inputting of admissions and discharges into PCC. Welcoming residents, assessments, inputting new orders (labs,x-ray, etc.)
