Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of boba drinks
- Prepare toppings and tea bases
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Operate POS systems to process transactions swiftly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the store
Requirements
- Prior experience as a boba barista or in the food industry is preferred
- Customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed
