Boba Barista (Part-Time/Full-Time)
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable team member to join our boba shop!
Requirements:
● Must have reliable transportation to work.
● Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
● Previous boba or drink-making experience preferred.
● Friendly, positive, and always smiling.
● Polite with excellent customer service.
● Good memory and able to learn recipes quickly.
● Clean, organized, and able to keep the work area tidy.
● Works well in a fast-paced environment.
● Punctual and dependable.
● Team player with a positive attitude.
● Willing to clean, restock, and help with opening and closing duties.
● Able to follow recipes and maintain drink quality.
● Comfortable standing for long periods.
● Available to work weekends.
● Always looks for things to do when it’s slow.
● Able to refill syrups and other supplies as needed.
● Willing to clean the restroom and maintain cleanliness throughout the shop.
● Able to prep ingredients and other necessary items.
● Strong multitasking skills.
