Gain America Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior Fullstack Java Developer to join our dynamic technology team. Duties
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for complex web applications, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Develop and optimize front-end interfaces using React, Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and UI/UX best practices to create engaging user experiences.
- Design and implement back-end services utilizing Java, Spring Boot (including React Express), WCF, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications using UML diagrams and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Integrate various databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and PL/SQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Implement automated testing strategies including unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability across all layers of the application.
- Utilize version control tools like GitHub, SVN, TFS, and CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Debug complex issues using Visual Studio, Eclipse, or other IDEs; perform performance tuning and troubleshooting to optimize system performance.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project workflows effectively while participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure security best practices are followed during development to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven 8+ years of US experience as a Fullstack Java Developer with a strong portfolio of enterprise-level web applications.
- Extensive knowledge of Java programming language along with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate (Entity Framework), and Java EE technologies.
- Proficiency in front-end development using React.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, Bootstrap, and UI/UX principles.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design & development; familiarity with SOAP web services; understanding of Web services architecture.
- Strong database skills including SQL (T-SQL), PL/SQL; experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL; knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture patterns; experience with Docker containers is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies including Agile/Scrum; experience with SDLC tools like TFS or Jira preferred.
- Ability to write clean code with emphasis on debugging and troubleshooting complex issues efficiently.
