They are currently looking to add a licensed and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to their vibrant team.
Client Engagement: Act as the main contact for a designated portfolio of commercial lines business, ensuring all client service aspects are handled professionally and efficiently.
Strategic Analysis: Employ strategic planning to predict client needs and offer customized insurance solutions.
Regular Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on insurance products on a daily basis.
Rate-Setting and Underwriting: Showcase expertise in rate-setting and possess a basic understanding of underwriting processes to effectively support client requirements.
Team Coordination: Supervise and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and handle daily operational challenges.
License: Must have a valid insurance license.
Industry Knowledge:
Proficient in insurance terminology, protection solutions, and policy application to meet client needs.
Familiar with rating processes and available insurance markets.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial business servicing experience.
Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred familiarity with Applied TAM software.
Professionalism:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with effective prioritization ability.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Showcased reliability, integrity, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Professional Credentials:
Certifications like CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, or AAI are highly preferred but not mandatory.
