Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare and send Invoices
- AIA Billing
- Release of Liens
- Job costing
- Creating cost spreadsheets
- Monthly Profit and Loss reports
- Monthly Statements
- Collections of past due accounts
- Receive and post A/R payments
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable
- Job costing experience
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Pro and Outlook
- Team Player
- Attention to detail
