Duties
- Generate new leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking.
- Schedule and attend roofing inspections and sales appointments.
- Assess roofing needs and provide accurate estimates and recommendations.
- Educate homeowners or business owners on roofing options and insurance claims (if applicable).
- Close sales and follow up with customers throughout the project timeline.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Represent the company professionally at all time.
- Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred, roofing or construction industry a plus.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven attitude.
- Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections (training provided).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively and engage potential customers.
