Amazing Beginnings Montessori, a prestigious preschool located in Inver Grove Heights, is seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide or Assistant to join our passionate team. As a Teacher's Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of our students. Duties:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing educational programs for students.
- Support individual and group activities to stimulate learning and development.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Provide assistance in classroom management and organization.
- Help students with tasks and assignments as needed.
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with preschool settings and private school environments.
- Ability to effectively educate and engage young learners.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Experience working with students in a classroom setting.
