We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and fashion-forward Key Holder Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our boutique team.
Position Summary
As a Key Holder Manager, you’ll take ownership of store operations, lead a passionate team, and ensure a five-star customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a luxury fashion house where your leadership, initiative, and personal style are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring all operational protocols are met
- Uphold store appearance and visual merchandising in line with luxury brand standards
- Lead, motivate, and train retail team members daily
- Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and regular stock checks
- Manage and operate Shopify POS and backend functions efficiently
- Troubleshoot all point-of-sale and technology systems
- Foster lasting client relationships with top-tier service
- Collaborate closely with company leadership on process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of women’s retail experience (evening wear or luxury preferred)
- Solid leadership in managing boutique operations from open to close
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Shopify POS experience (required)
- Strong computer skills and tech troubleshooting ability
- Familiarity with Notion is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Full-time availability (in-person only)
