Electrical Market Leader / Branch Manager - New Braunfels, TX This is not a standard manager job. We are looking for a sales-driven electrical leader who wants to build and lead our New Braunfels market with the support of an experienced multi-location company. The opportunity You will help launch and grow an electrical operation serving New Braunfels and nearby corridor communities. You will lead local sales, customer relationships, field operations, hiring, and team development. The right person can grow into a true market partner and share in the value they create. What you will do - Win and develop residential and commercial electrical business - Build trusted relationships with customers and local partners - Recruit, coach, and lead a strong electrical team - Own local quality, safety, accountability, and customer experience - Work with our team on pricing, goals, budgets, and growth plans - Use company support for marketing, recruiting, systems, finance, and back-office operations Who we are looking for - Proven electrical industry experience - Strong sales and customer-service ability - Experience leading electricians or field-service teams - Working knowledge of electrical codes, permitting, safety, and job costing - High accountability, sound judgment, and an owner mindset - A Texas electrical license, or the qualifications and ability to meet Texas licensing requirements - A real desire to build long-term value, not simply manage a schedule What we provide - Guaranteed base pay - Commission upside tied to performance - Profit-distribution opportunity - Equity opportunity based on fit, performance, and agreed terms - Support from a team with 13 years in the electrical industry and experience building, scaling, and exiting businesses Pay range: $65,000-$150,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
