We are seeking a Inside Customer service/billing Clerk for full time employment in our call center. The proper candidate will have a strong customer service background with the ability to multi task in a high volume environment as well as possess good working knowledge of MS based computer programs. The job entails finalizing accounts and invoices for our customers after they have spoken to the sales department as well as collecting payments. it will also include making follow up calls to customers to review order details. This is a full time position Mon- Friday with hours from 8:30-5:30 each day with some overtime as business demands it generally no later than 6:00.
