We look to our shift leads to run operations and monitor stations during their shifts. This position has a lot of room for growth.
Responsibilities include
Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations.
Effectively instructing other employees on the shift.
Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
Meet deadlines.
Approve Work Hours.
Maintain excellent customer service at all levels.
Shift Lead Requirements
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Notable communication skills
An eye for detail and accuracy.
Reliable with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
A team Player.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Computer literacy
Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast paced environment.
Pay Range :21/hr+ 2-4$/hr in tips. Overall pay is 23-25/hr with tips.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
