We are now hiring experienced Set-Up and Process Technicians who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Set-Up and Process Technician Job Summary
- Pay rate: 30-40/hr
- Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd are open
- Safely and correctly set up a line from cold shutdown to sellable product, setting temperature profiles on the extruder and die based on material and product type
- Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools as the Set-Up and Process Technician on the line, making adjustments to keep product within spec
- Safely operate extruders, winders, pullers, cutters, ovens, and other related equipment, including basic troubleshooting like backpressure interpretation and screen changes
Set-Up and Process Technician Qualifications
- Basic math skills and able to read/write English sufficiently to follow directions, safety instructions, and training materials
- Able to correctly interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Available to work any assigned shift or day, including occasional weekends, early starts, or late stays
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to 8 hours, and repeatedly bend, kneel, twist, and climb ladders/stairs as needed

Pay: Up to $3,440.00 per hour
