We're looking for a Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our growing Team of Beauty Confectioners. Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Esthetician License
- Passion for skincare, patient education, and delivering an elevated patient experience
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, welcoming personality
- Professional appearance and exceptional attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player who values a supportive workplace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in medical aesthetics
- Experience performing advanced skincare treatments, including DiamondGlow, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, or similar services
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and personalized treatment planning
- Passion for continuing education and staying current with the latest aesthetic treatments and technology
Responsibilities
- Perform customized skincare treatments
- Educate patients on treatment options, medical-grade skincare, and home care recommendations
- Create personalized treatment plans based on each patient's unique goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and cleanliness to the highest standards
- Collaborate with the Beauty Candy team to provide a seamless patient experience
