Assistant PRC / Marketing Coordinator – Oral Surgery Practice (Full-Time)
Unique opportunity for an energetic, relationship-driven professional to support marketing and referral growth in a high-quality oral and maxillofacial surgery practice.We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys a mix of professional relationship building, digital marketing, and event coordination. This role will support our referral network while helping expand our online presence and community visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support referral relationship development (visiting referring offices, delivering updates, maintaining strong communication)
- Assist with digital marketing efforts (social media, online presence, campaigns, reputation management)
- Help plan and execute referring doctor events, CE programs, and patient appreciation initiatives
- Track referral activity and assist with reporting and follow-up
- Support internal marketing and patient experience initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly personable, confident, and professional in face-to-face settings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Organized, self-motivated, and strong follow-through
- Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the team
- Experience in marketing, sales, Dental/ healthcare, or customer service preferred
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
