We specialize in reliable supply, technical expertise, and partnership-driven service for demanding construction environments.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will lead business development efforts with a primary focus on securing and growing large-scale projects, particularly data center and other mission-critical construction opportunities. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management, new business acquisition, and building long-term relationships with key contractors, developers, general contractors, and owners. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-oriented sales leader with deep knowledge of the concrete and construction industries who thrives in a competitive, project-based environment.

Prepare competitive proposals, pricing strategies, and value-added solutions tailored to project needs (e.g., mix designs, scheduling, quality, and logistics for data center requirements).
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects (especially data centers and large commercial/industrial builds). Provide insights to leadership on pricing, product innovation, and market positioning.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, coach, and develop the sales team (if applicable). Work closely with operations, production, dispatch, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer service. Collaborate on mix optimization, delivery solutions, and issue resolution.
- Sales Performance Management: Establish sales targets, track performance metrics (volume, revenue, margin), forecast accurately, and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Contract Negotiation & Compliance: Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
