About Us:
Anivana Therapeutic Services is a growing mental health private practice offering trauma-informed care with a strong emphasis on creativity, compassion, and (sometimes fuzzy) animal-assisted support. Our mission is to help clients heal and thrive, as well as support our staff in doing the same. We’re seeking an Office & Outreach Coordinator who can bring structure, warmth, and momentum to our practice.
Our practice currently needs coverage on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for late morning/noon hours with the opportunity to grow in scope over time if desired.
What You'll Be Doing:
This is a role that combines administrative backbone with marketing-forward thinking. Responsibilities include:
- Managing phone, email, and website inquiries
- Scheduling clients and coordinating availability across multiple therapists and interns
- Supporting our billing process (training provided)
- Keeping the office organized and stocked
- Tracking therapist caseloads and helping monitor when slots are available
- Managing social media presence, outreach efforts, and community partnerships
- Helping coordinate seasonal events, promotional materials, or groups
- Brainstorming and implementing outreach strategies to increase referrals
- Keeping the office spaces clean and tidy
- Attending to and caring for animal co-therapists
This Job Is For You If You:
- Are detail-oriented and organized, but not afraid to get creative
- Love the idea of helping a therapy practice grow and run smoothly
- Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the warm, human touch
- Are tech-savvy (comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva, etc.)
- Have excellent communication skills (and ideally enjoy writing social posts/emails)
- Want to be part of a practice that values warmth, weirdness, and impact
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in mental health or medical admin
- Understand local outreach, community resources, or basic marketing strategy
- Are obsessed with animals (okay, this one’s not required, but we’ll love you for it)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
