We are seeking friendly,efficient phone people .Duties include taking orders,managing calls, and reprenting Nonna's Restaurant with excellence.Prior experience is a plus ,but not required.We offer a warm professional work environment.This is NOT a summer position....
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, providing clear information and assistance to callers.
- Manage requests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure patrons needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling multiple calls, ensuring each cutomer feels valued and heard.
- Follow proper phone etiquette protocols to represent the company professionally at all times.
- Previous experience in food service is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendly, clear, and professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent customer service skills /
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Pay: From $15.92 per hour
