Web Content Specialist:
Diocesan is growing our web team, and we're looking for a Web Content Specialist to join us. In this role, you'll help clients organize, migrate, and maintain their website content — guiding them through best practices, training them on their WordPress sites, and ensuring every page reflects the quality and professionalism our clients expect.
This is a hybrid position: team members work in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and remotely on Tuesday and Thursday.
What You'll Do
Content & Client Support
- Partner closely with clients to migrate existing content onto newly designed websites.
- Build out client pages and content, following approved design and formatting standards.
- Maintain and support content in line with established company standards.
- Answer client questions and troubleshoot content-related issues with clarity and patience.
Training & Education
- Lead client trainings, teaching clients how to navigate, edit, and manage their WordPress websites.
- Educate clients on website and content best practices, helping them get the most out of their site.
- Create or contribute to training materials and resources as needed.
Administrative Duties
- Follow up with clients to ensure requests, questions, and projects are progressing smoothly.
- Input and manage to-dos, tasks, and project details in internal systems.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outstanding items.
What You Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting or training others.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy.
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients of all skill levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client follow-ups and tasks at once.
- Customer service or customer support experience preferred.
- Experience editing and updating WordPress websites preferred.
- A genuine passion for quality design, innovation, and getting the details right.
