We are hiring a real estate operator who has already:
✔ Led agents at scale
✔ Driven accountability + production systems
✔ Recruited and developed agents
✔ Built culture inside a brokerage/team environment
✔ Managed performance, not just personal production
This role is focused on:
- Agent production leadership (~80%)
- Recruiting & market growth (~20%)
- Culture building
- Pipeline accountability
- Market expansion support
Jacksonville = expansion market needing entrepreneurial leadership + culture building
Requirements
Ideal background:

Managed 20+ agents directly
-
Led $50M+ in annual production

Experience with eXp, LPT, REAL, Compass, Side, etc.

Strong KPI + conversion management mindset

High-accountability leadership style
