Pro-Tek Field Services is seeking experienced Journeyman Linemen to join our electrical team supporting oil & gas operations throughout the Permian Basin. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing overhead and underground electrical power systems while working safely in field environments.

Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical power lines

Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on electrical distribution systems

Operate and work from bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other utility equipment

Climb poles and work at heights when required

Inspect electrical systems and power lines to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance

Respond to power outages and service interruptions

Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations

Work collaboratively with crews to complete projects safely and efficiently

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles used for line work
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Completion of a recognized lineman apprenticeship program or equivalent experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass physical fitness and climbing requirements

Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and OSHA regulations

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Experience working with both overhead and underground electrical systems

Experience operating bucket trucks and digger derricks

Previous experience in utility, electrical construction, or oil & gas environments

CDL preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days

Arc flash training preferred

Valid CDL

Outdoor field work in various weather conditions

May require travel to job sites throughout the Permian Basin
