Responsibilities

- Oversee personnel management for team members involved in program development, academic advising, and educational outreach efforts.

- Provide academic leadership by collaborating with faculty on curriculum updates, research projects, and teaching initiatives related to workforce development.

Requirements
- Proven project management experience in education or workforce development settings with a track record of successful program implementation.
- Strong budgeting skills combined with experience in grant proposal writing to secure research funding.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams within higher education or academic institutions.
- Extensive knowledge of university operations, higher education administration, curriculum development, and educational program management.
- Familiarity with academic research processes, securing research grants, and working with faculty on scholarly projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for effective management, recruiting efforts, and stakeholder engagement.
- Background in college faculty roles or teaching at the higher education level is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in personnel management and administrative tasks.
