Carpenter / Construction Crew Member
Pay: Starting at $22/hour, based on experience and skill
Southridge Builders is looking for a dependable carpenter or construction crew member who wants a long-term, stable position with consistent work year-round.
Unlike many construction companies that slow down or lay off during the winter, we keep our crew working.
We work on a wide range of residential projects, including home additions, full remodels, and new home construction. Because we don't specialize in just one area, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across many aspects of residential construction.
We're open to different experience levels. You don't need to know everything coming in, but you should have some construction or carpentry experience, be comfortable using basic tools, and be willing to learn. For the right person, there's plenty of opportunity to build your skills and take on more responsibility over time.

Responsibilities:
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Remodeling and general construction tasks
- New home construction
- Occasional painting and finish work
- Reading and working from plans as experience allows
- Keeping jobsites clean and organized
Requirements:
- Basic residential construction or carpentry experience
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication and attitude
- Willingness to learn and improve
