About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician for a facility in Camden, NJ.
Our top priority is a Light Rail / Transit veteran. However, if you come from Aviation or Commercial/Apartment Property Maintenance and have elite electrical troubleshooting skills (reading schematics, tracing signal errors down to the board level), we highly encourage you to apply!

Shifts & Availability (CRITICAL)
This is a 24/7 unionized facility. You MUST be flexible to work any shift and any day, including weekends.
- 3-Shift Operation:
- 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- 2:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Senior / Lead level experience in vehicle or complex system maintenance.
- Advanced Electrical & HVAC Troubleshooting: You don’t just swap parts. You can read schematics/wiring diagrams, use diagnostic software, and trace faulty system signals (like a control system sending wrong signals to the HVAC) down to the circuit board level.
- Location: Must be able to commute reliably to Camden, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair light rail vehicle systems and equipment.
- Guide, train, and assist junior technicians on the floor.
- Use vendor software and specialized bench tools to diagnose electronic equipment.
- Respond to rail car rescues along the route when needed.
