We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties
- Lead and supervise all bar staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to foster a motivated team.
- Oversee food preparation and beverage service, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Operate POS system, Toast, to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports.
- Coordinate shift schedules, manage customer flow during peak hours, and resolve any service issues promptly.
Requirements
- Previous management or assistant manager experience within the hospitality or food industry.
- Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, supervising, and conducting interviews.
- Strong communication skills essential for managing hospitality teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and financial reporting.
