Our Commercial team focuses on high-end/niche-oriented construction and remodeling projects in the retail, banking, education, country club, and restaurant industry within the greater Baltimore area.

At DACG Commercial, the Site Superintendent is a key player in the company. He/she is onsite for this high-level project, managing and leading the team of trade partners, and subcontractors, while adhering to the project specifications, timeline and budget. A minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial construction Site Superintendent is required. The salary and bonus structure is commensurate with experience.
Key attributes:
The qualified candidate is experienced and able to manage the client, subcontractors/trades, and architectural/design professionals.
Comfortable with technology
Familiar with interpreting and following complicated specs and blueprints
Able to handle and manage the schedule and budget, attend the progress meetings and provide insight, and professional input
Maintains a safe, clean, positive, and organized project site
Conducts him/herself in a professional manner at all times.
