We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with general maintenance, light plumbing and electrical
- Tools and Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Clean Criminal Record and Driving Record
- Knowledge of Smart Device usage

- Full service Real Estate and Property Management company established in 1985.1 week paid vacation plus 4 days sick or personal time after 1 year. All major paid holidays after 90 days. Hours are Monday Through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Over time available.
