The Role: Cryotherapy Specialist
As a Cryotherapy Specialist, you are the face of Revenge Body. You will be responsible for delivering life-changing treatments while simultaneously driving the growth of the business through active sales and client retention.
Employment Type:
- Full-Time: 4 days per week (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Part-Time: 3 days per week (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Note: Weekend availability is mandatory for both roles. (9:00 - 4:00 PM)
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $15.00 per hour.
- Commission: 5% commission on every package sold.
- Total Earning Potential: $40,000 – $70,000+ per year (for full-time employees with strong sales performance).
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Growth: Proactively sell treatment packages to new and existing clients. Follow up with "no-sale" leads via phone to convert them into long-term clients.
- Service Delivery: Perform localized cryotherapy treatments with precision and care.
- Client Accountability: Educate clients on the science of cryotherapy, deliver post-op instructions, and hold them accountable to their results (including participating in community walks).
- Operations: Answer phones, book appointments, and confirm all schedules for the following day.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to strict safety protocols regarding CO2 tank handling and maintain a spotless, sanitized environment.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging social media content to showcase client results and promote the brand.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Sales Expert: Proven experience in sales is a must. You should be comfortable "asking for the sale" and handling objections.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to make every client feel seen and supported.
- Physical Stamina: This role requires being on your feet for the duration of the 10-hour shift.
- Adaptability: Must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to evolving protocols.
- Dependability: We count on you to be there for our clients; punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable.
