Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues with vehicles
- Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and assemble vehicle components
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed for repairs
- Repair and replace damaged auto body parts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical, and suspension systems
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics equipment and software
- Experience in auto body repair is a plus
- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
