Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Maintain and stage a fleet of golf cars for member and guest use.
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism, addressing inquiries and providing information about activities and facilities
- Assist with event venue setup and breakdown, including manual handling of equipment and supplies
- Enforce safety protocols by conducting safety checks.
- Resolve conflicts or issues among guests or staff through effective conflict management techniques
- Support outdoor work requirements such as heavy lifting, manual handling, and maintaining cleanliness of the venue
Skills
- Proven experience in events management and hospitality environments
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience working with children and managing family-friendly activities
- Skilled in conflict management to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with outdoor work conditions, heavy lifting, manual handling, and safety protocol adherence
- Excellent communication skills for member and guest engagements or guiding groups during events
- Background in retail sales or food service is a plus for supporting various guest needs
- Previous experience in resort settings or theater environments is advantageous for understanding event flow and guest expectations

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
