The QTI Group is partnering with a growing apparel company to hire an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator. If you have embroidery experience and enjoy producing high-quality work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM
- Pay: Starting at $19/hr based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate embroidery machines to meet customer specifications
- Hoop garments and apply proper backing according to placement guidelines
- Load digitized designs and monitor machine performance
- Troubleshoot thread breaks, tension issues, and minor mechanical problems
- Ensure order accuracy, including product, logo placement, size, and colors
- Meet daily production goals and maintain production logs
- Perform routine machine cleaning and upkeep
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous embroidery machine experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
