Job description:
- Perform Receiving, Start-Up, In-Process and Final Audit Inspections per defined criteria
- Perform Procedure audits to ensure Operators are correctly performing job requirements
- Identify, record, segregate and provide initial disposition and re-inspection of non-conforming material
- Provide accurate and timely completion and maintenance of Quality Records
- Establish and verify Average Part Weights and correct set up counting scales
- Assist in performing metrology for validations and product qualifications when necessary
- Initiation of Non-Conforming Material Reports
- Active participation in Non-Conforming Product Program
- Active Participation in Corrective and Preventive Action Program
- Active participation in Customer Complaint Program
Work Schedule:
- Remote: No
- 12 Hour Shift
- Rotating schedule: 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off
- Will work every other weekend
