Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Support skilled workers by carrying tools, mixing materials, and performing basic tasks under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish to ensure smooth workflow
- Help with site cleanup, organizing materials, and maintaining a tidy work environment
- Operate basic machinery or tools as trained and authorized
- Support project supervisors by completing routine tasks and reporting any safety concerns promptly
